Quick re-cap: I had a 25 inch vertical when I started the program. After the course of 8 weeks, I managed to score a whooping 36 inch vertical! My vertical has increased 11 inches right after the training!

Hi again…

Last time you were here, I was on my 6th week of training and things weren’t looking up for me. My vertical was declining a bit, which made me take a couple of days off to gain back my strength and energy. After rest, I did not feel as motivated to workout, but I knew I was close to wrapping things up, so I kept going.

Everyone was shocked with my new skills. I pretty much isolated myself from everyone when I started training. They probably thought I was being a lazy bum and stuffing my face with pizza while binge watching Prison Break…

What they did not realize: I focused on my dunks and took all the rest I could get!
